A. Okay, firstly, calm down! You should tell him how you feel and not care about what he says, but atleast then you won't go your life regretting you never said anything. Also, if you don't want to move on, you don't have to - wait for him; to you, he seems like you think hes worth the wait ;)

What is muscle confusion and does it really work?
Q. I've heard about this muscle confusion thing from a friend of mine. He's been doing the P90X Program and they talk about it a lot. I also saw and ad for this program called Athlean X which talks about it. Does it really work? Anyone try either workout program?

A. Muscle confusion does work. Do you need to buy expensive P90x or Athlean X programs? no. See, when you continuously do a specific workout routine (such as 20 pushups, 20 bicep curls, 20 squats) your body gets used to the motion and your muscles adapt to the movements and stop growing. Once you incorporate new moves, THEN your muscles grow again such as 20 incline pushups, 20 hammer curls, 20 sumo squats...your body has to use different muscles and more force to complete those moves. Switching up workouts keep your body utilizing more and more muscles which promotes growth. I don't try those programs because you can do the same thing FOR FREE. Just keep on changing your workouts from time to time and you'll be set.

From here on out, development depends primarily upon what we do. A. Erm... Unless you hate gay people, and actively discriminate against them simply for being gay...you aren't homophobic in the understood sense of the word. You just find the idea of being with a man too yucky for your imagination to handle. That's called being hetrosexual! If you don't like the idea of doing anything with a guy at all, then you ARE straight. Your avoidence of gay thoughts is as my avoidence of thoughts about creeping spiders! I don't like spiders. I don't want images of them in my head. Men turn you off, you don't want images of naked dudes in your head! If you have those images, it's only because your brain has learned of the existence of gay behaviour. If you'd never heard of homosexuality, your brain wouldn't… [cont.]

A. When my son was born I have breastfeeding complications and by the time my milk came in he was too use to the bottle. My doctor told me not to confuse him and to keep him on the bottle because he was already use to it and could get frustrated. If you want to keep with breastfeeding, just pump. But ask your doctor about if there is a chance he could go back to the nipple. It shouldn't be too hard to try and train, but he would have to relearn things. Your doctor could help you out with this.

What kind of confusion happens when 2 species in different families were accidentally given the same name?
Q. What if both separately the subject of several studies and result were publish in paper that did not mention the family name. Would it be possible to know which study concern which species?
Asked by jenifer - Thu Dec 3 19:48:15 2009 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments
A. It can't happen. All plant names are decided and held in a database in Kew in England. So, when new species are discovered, the person wishing to publish the new name has to make a submission to Kew and the Royal Society there make the decision. The same happens when lumpers and splitters want to reclassify plants. Also, new cultivars and hybrids must also be registered for their cultivar names to be recognised.

As a teenager, how did you deal with the confusion and general lows?
Q. I feel pretty low at the moment for a few reasons, I guess the main one being my confusion with one guy in particular. How did you deal with the teenage hormones and confusion? I feel alone and like my friends arn't true ones. I'm male and 14, UK.

A. I always think that our teenage years are a time for self reflection, discovery and basically finding out about ourselves, who we are, what we want to be etc. I'm sure many of us at one time or another (particularly in our teen years) have felt exactly the same as you, but don't worry things will get better :) The best advice is to take things one step at a time and don't feel as though you have to rush into your feelings or anything, take your time :) 18 and a proud lesbian from the UK :)

Q. I feel pretty low at the moment for a few reasons, I guess the main one being my confusion with one guy in particular. How did you deal with the teenage hormones and confusion? I feel alone and like my friends arn't true ones. I'm male and 14, UK.
