Q. These are the names of three little girls that I babysit regularly. Ira Superbia - 2 yrs : (EYE-rah . soo-PER-bee-ah) Acedia Invidia - 4 yrs : (ah-SEED-ee-ah . in-VID-ee-ah) Luxuria Avaritia - 5 yrs : (lux-YUR-ee-ah . av-ah-REE-sha) They seem like okay names, but they are actually 6 of the 7 deadly sins in Latin. i feel acedia daily, does anyone know why this happens or does anyone else feel this way?
Q. I don t care about anything but there is reason in this mindset. Religiously I am agnostic and do not claim any particular way of thought or religion to be correct. The only thing that I believe 100% is that no one can obtain true knowledge, although I do believe it to be useful to use the knowledge we have to continue living. A. if the kids are to grow in Cyech republic, they'll be having bad times with their names. i recommend either picking full czech or full foreign names (depending on the name of father - i expect you are using husband's surname and taht he's of different culture (greek?) Alois is extremely outdated name for a boy. Bara is fine, yet there is plenty of them right now. Anyway, the variant you picked will NOT be accepted by the birth office. furthermore, think of her being an adult lady, still using a variant of name for a 3 years old.

Q. alright my girl friends are home sick,ones from the Czech republic and the other from Russia, I know Tanya,the Russian, likes traditional Russian military music and Acedia likes folk music from the Czech republic so any suggestion on what songs i can get for them and any other suggestions on how to make them feel less home sick? A. The so called 7 (deadly) sins & virtues aren't all the sins & virtues. So it is misleading. 7 is the number of completion, rest, blessing, fulfillment, etc... In Proverbs there are 7 behaviors that God completely hates. I don't believe John Lennon knew Jesus Christ as his Lord & Saviour before He died. So John Lennon would not be in heaven. Every knee shall bow, every tongue confess, "Jesus Christ is LORD."

A. Traditionally, "virtue" is another name for "angel". That being said, I think you should choose an angel from the Seraphim choir (or name your 'virtue' angel Seraphim), as they are the highest choir of angels; sort of gives the most justice to the concept, in my opinion. Hope that helps you. =]
